Key Requirements:
- Experience creating UAT plans, estimates, and test approaches
- Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
- BA-type background preferred
- Experience aligning business users and project teams through testing and signoff
- Blue Cross Blue Shield experience highly preferred
