What You’ll Do
- Plan and conduct user research using interviews, field studies, diary studies, surveys, and prototypes
- Translate insights into design and product strategy
- Partner with design to prototype and iterate new features
- Lead fieldwork with internal teams and real users
- Keep projects on track and insights actionable
- 5+ years of UX research experience in product development
- Strong background in human-centered design and mobile/wearable UX
- Skilled in storytelling, influencing teams with research
- Tools: Figma, UserTesting, Dscout, survey platforms
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design
