Technical Lead
We’re looking for a Technical Lead to guide a team of 6 engineers (junior to senior) as we modernize a legacy PHP/WordPress platform and transition from Kanban to Scrum. This role is highly collaborative and customer-facing you’ll translate technical needs into business impact, present multiple solution paths, and mentor engineers while driving change.
What we’re looking for:
Experience leading and mentoring software engineers
Comfortable with ambiguity and open to different tech stacks
Ability to bridge technical + non-technical conversations
Background modernizing legacy systems (Must have some PHP to start)
Thrives in fast-paced, startup-meets-enterprise environments
