AI Catalyst & Product Manager
We are seeking AI Catalyst & Product Managers to identify high-value AI opportunities, redesign business workflows, drive enterprise adoption, and support workforce upskilling across multiple functional areas. This role combines product management, process transformation, change leadership, and practical AI implementation.
The ideal candidate is AI-native—someone who actively uses AI to improve their own productivity while also helping organizations implement AI-powered tools, agents, copilots, and workflow solutions. Candidates should have hands-on experience implementing at least one AI product, AI-enabled workflow, or enterprise AI solution.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize business-specific AI use cases based on value, feasibility, risk, and organizational readiness.
• Analyze and redesign existing workflows by breaking down tasks, decision points, handoffs, and controls to define future-state AI-enabled processes.
• Translate business opportunities into product requirements, implementation plans, roadmaps, and measurable success criteria.
• Support the design, deployment, and adoption of AI-powered agents, copilots, automation solutions, and workflow tools.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and change management efforts to ensure successful adoption.
• Help educate and upskill employees and managers on practical, responsible, and effective use of AI technologies.
• Measure adoption, productivity improvements, workflow efficiency gains, and overall business value delivered through AI initiatives.
• Partner with business, technology, data, governance, and risk teams to embed AI solutions into day-to-day operations.
Required Qualifications
• Experience in product management, digital transformation, business transformation, consulting, process improvement, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience implementing at least one AI product, AI-enabled workflow, automation solution, or enterprise AI initiative.
• Ability to assess, map, and redesign workflows in a structured business-focused manner.
• Experience driving cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and execution across multiple teams.
• Experience supporting user adoption, training, communications, or organizational change initiatives.
• Strong communication, facilitation, analytical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable operating in a hands-on role that spans strategy, planning, execution, and adoption.

• Regularly uses AI to improve personal productivity, planning, analysis, communication, and decision-making.
• Understands how to move AI initiatives from experimentation to measurable business implementation.
• Can design practical human-plus-AI workflows that improve business outcomes.
• Able to coach and influence others through direct experience using AI in day-to-day work.

• Prioritized AI use case portfolio and implementation pipeline.
• Current-state and future-state workflow assessments.
• AI product requirements, business cases, and implementation roadmaps.
• Business-specific AI agent, copilot, and workflow deployment plans.
• Workforce adoption, enablement, and upskilling strategies.
• Business impact measurement framework and executive-level reporting.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, OR
• Associate degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, OR
• High school diploma/equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience.
