Lead the integration and harmonization of NCQA Health Plan Accreditation processes across multiple health plans within a complex healthcare organization. We’re looking for an experienced project leader with deep NCQA expertise who can drive multi-entity accreditation readiness, standardize processes, and prepare the organization for successful NCQA renewal surveys.

- NCQA Health Plan Accreditation – 5+ years of hands-on experience with NCQA HPA standards, accreditation surveys, and multi-standard compliance within a health plan environment.
- Healthcare Project Leadership – Proven success leading complex, cross-functional implementation projects involving accreditation, process harmonization, and organizational change across multiple health plans or entities.
- Accreditation Process Improvement – Experience developing accreditation management systems, conducting gap analyses, standardizing workflows, tracking readiness, and driving continuous process improvements.
