Senior Delegation Project Leader – Healthcare / NCQA
Lead a high-impact healthcare integration initiative bringing multiple health plan delegation programs into a unified oversight framework. We’re looking for someone with deep hands-on healthcare delegation experience who can manage complex integrations while ensuring compliance with NCQA and regulatory requirements.
Top 3 Technical Skills:
- Healthcare Delegation Oversight & Auditing – 5+ years working with delegated healthcare entities, including pre-delegation assessments and ongoing oversight
- NCQA Health Plan Accreditation – Strong understanding of delegation requirements across credentialing, utilization management, case management, appeals, and network management
- Delegation Program Integration – Experience harmonizing delegation processes, policies, audit tools, and workflows across multiple health plans or entities
