Business Systems Staff Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced Business Systems Staff Analyst to support IT solutions and projects focused on Labeling/UDI systems, business requirements, data integration, and systems strategy. This role will partner closely with business and technical teams to drive system enhancements and ensure solutions align with organizational needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with IT Labeling/UDI and Business Labeling leadership to review and refine systems strategy.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for new IT projects and system enhancements.
• Lead requirements-gathering efforts while communicating effectively across business and technical teams.
• Coordinate small to medium-sized projects throughout the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC).
• Apply ITSM, PMLC, and SDLC principles and practices.
• Support the integration of data and transactions between applications.
• Work with data modeling, data governance, and data querying.
• Ensure compliance with applicable IT security policies and standards.
• Work effectively across geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience supporting IT solutions and large IT projects.
• Experience with application/data integrations, data modeling, data governance, and data querying.
• Strong experience creating business requirements documentation.
• At least 4 years of experience utilizing formal ITSM, PMLC, and SDLC processes and tools.
• Strong communication, influencing, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree + 8 years of relevant experience, Associate’s degree + 10 years, or High School Diploma/equivalent + 12 years.
