Call Center/Customer Service Specialist
Customer Service Specialist – 6 Month Contract – Onsite, Portland Oregon
We are partnered with a Truck Manufacturing client in search of a customer service specialist that will interact with customers to provide information about products and services and handle complaints. They assess customer issues, offer potential solutions, and provide follow-up as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve service or billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.
- Contact customers regarding inquiries or claim investigation results.
- Refer unresolved complaints to designated departments.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Gather and review relevant information to assess complaints.
- Promote the sale of new or additional products or services.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Experience with documenting customer information.
- Familiarity with applications like Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
