Enterprise PLM/ERP Implementation: Proven leadership of an enterprise system rollout, with knowledge of data migration, BOM management, and ERP integrations. D365 F&O, Microsoft AX, or Bluestar PLM experience is a plus.

Change Management & Adoption: Build leadership alignment, stakeholder communications, role-based training, and dashboards that measure adoption. Requires 8+ years of transformation or change management experience.
