Enterprise Platform Coordinator (Collibra / Atlan)

Mainz Brady Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise Platform Coordinator to lead enterprise data governance platforms and ensure data is trusted, well-defined, compliant, and ready to support analytics and AI initiatives.

Location: San Francisco or San Ramon – onsite Monday–Thursday

Responsibilities

  • Own governance platform strategy, roadmap, adoption, and enhancements.
  • Manage platforms including Collibra, Atlan, Alation, and Manta.
  • Lead metadata management, data lineage, conceptual mapping, data quality, and governance controls.
  • Support AI and analytics initiatives through governed data and responsible AI practices.
  • Partner with business, technology, Risk, and Compliance teams.
  • Ensure alignment with GDPR, CCPA, privacy, security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive data stewardship, governance adoption, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in data governance, data management, or enterprise data platforms.
  • Strong experience with Collibra, Atlan, Alation, or Manta.
  • Experience with metadata, lineage, data quality, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience supporting AI/analytics and responsible AI governance.
  • Financial services or regulated-industry experience preferred.
  • DAMA CDMP or similar certification preferred.
