Mainz Brady Group is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise Technology Operations initiatives across Cloud & AIOps, Monitoring & Observability, Disaster Recovery, and Infrastructure Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate across Cloud, Engineering, Security, ITSM, Database, Infrastructure, and vendor/MSP teams.
• Lead Disaster Recovery planning, testing, failover exercises, RTO/RPO tracking, and remediation.
• Support cloud migrations, AIOps initiatives, monitoring/observability programs, and platform onboarding.
• Coordinate Command Center, data center, remote office, and infrastructure technology initiatives.
• Maintain project dashboards, KPIs, RAID logs, and governance processes.
• Ensure alignment with ITIL change, release, and service transition processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise Technical Project/Program Management experience.
• Experience with cloud, infrastructure, observability, AIOps, and/or Disaster Recovery.
• Strong cross-functional, vendor, risk, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Azure and/or GCP and ITIL environments.
• PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred.
