unior Genesys Cloud Engineer

We’re looking for a Junior Genesys Cloud Engineer to support contact center configuration, development, testing, troubleshooting, and production support. Initial contract through year-end with strong potential for extension.

Responsibilities

  • Configure Genesys Cloud IVR flows, queues, routing, schedules, and call handling.
  • Test call flows, transfers, DTMF, TTS, and fallback scenarios.
  • Support REST API, CRM, CTI, and backend integrations.
  • Troubleshoot routing, configuration, and production issues.
  • Work with senior engineers and business teams on enhancements and documentation.

Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of software, telephony, or contact center experience.
  • Hands-on Genesys Cloud / Genesys Cloud Architect experience.
  • Knowledge of IVR, ACD, queues, routing, and APIs.
  • JavaScript, Python, Java, or C# is a plus.
  • Webex Contact Center experience is a plus.
