Project Manager III
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager III to lead large-scale, enterprise projects from planning through successful delivery. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing multiple concurrent initiatives, driving cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead multiple large-scale projects through the full project lifecycle
- Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, and resource allocation
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and delivery challenges
- Provide executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communication
- Partner with business, technology, and vendor teams to drive successful outcomes
- Support change management efforts and continuous process improvement
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise initiatives
- Experience managing projects valued at $1M+ with cross-functional teams
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and project planning
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with PMI/PMBOK methodologies
- PMP certification strongly preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience with HealthStream or Conga
- Change Management certification
- Experience leading technology or business transformation projects
