Project Manager III

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager III to lead large-scale, enterprise projects from planning through successful delivery. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing multiple concurrent initiatives, driving cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead multiple large-scale projects through the full project lifecycle
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, and resource allocation
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and delivery challenges
  • Provide executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communication
  • Partner with business, technology, and vendor teams to drive successful outcomes
  • Support change management efforts and continuous process improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise initiatives
  • Experience managing projects valued at $1M+ with cross-functional teams
  • Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and project planning
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with PMI/PMBOK methodologies
  • PMP certification strongly preferred

Nice to Have

  • Experience with HealthStream or Conga
  • Change Management certification
  • Experience leading technology or business transformation projects
