Partner Enablement Lead – 7 Month Contract – Remote, United States (Cannot be in Seattle, New York City, OR San Francisco) – W2 ONLY
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Partner Enablement Lead for a contract role focused on launching and scaling a partner enablement model for a high-impact SaaS product. This position is fully remote and plays a critical role in aligning internal sales motions with external partner readiness. If you’re experienced in building GTM programs and enjoy working cross-functionally to drive partner success, this is an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact.
Requirements:
8–10 years of experience in Partner Enablement, Channel Programs, or GTM Enablement in a SaaS or cloud-based company
Proven success in launching and scaling partner enablement or training programs
Deep understanding of Sell-With/Sell-Through motions and co-selling dynamics
Strong facilitation and communication skills, with experience engaging partner sales teams and leadership
Highly organized, proactive, and execution-driven with strong collaboration skills
